This website has been created by the Care at the End-of-Life Collaborative for the people of the West Moreton Area. This includes all of the Ipswich City Council area, as well as parts of the Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim and Somerset Council areas. This website aims to provide information to the people of West Moreton who are living with a serious and life limiting illness, their carers, family and health professionals who are caring for them.
